This year Bravera Insurance Ag Lines Service Lead Brittany Olson, located in Finley, demonstrated outstanding dedication to professional development and delivering exceptional service to her clients by earning two respected insurance designations: CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and AFIS (Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist).What do these designations mean?
- CISR: A nationally recognized program that strengthens client service skills and risk‑analysis expertise for insurance professionals.
- AFIS: A designation specializing in farm and agribusiness risks, equipping professionals to identify exposures and recommend proper coverage.
Brittany pursued both designations with a clear intention. “In a constantly changing industry, continued education is key,” she said. “I wanted to strengthen my expertise to better serve my clients and address their unique risks.”
She embraced the challenge, completing rigorous CISR courses focused on personal lines and management, along with AFIS coursework that deepened her understanding of agricultural exposures.
