Elysia has been serving customers in the banking industry since 2020, backed by more than 30 years of experience in customer service and relationship building. A Bismarck native, she returned home in 2018 after living in several communities across the country, bringing with her a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for helping people feel at home. “I guide people through the mortgage process step-by-step, so they feel confident and comfortable with their home loan.” Elysia takes a thoughtful and detail-focused approach to each loan. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and provides clear, timely communication throughout the process, helping ensure an efficient and positive experience from application through closing. She earned her associate degree from Seattle College.
