Alana has been serving customers in the banking industry since 2019 and will reach eight years with Bravera in December. Born and raised in the Bismarck-Mandan area, she values building strong relationships and helping individuals and families in her local community reach their financial goals. “My focus is to make the process as easy and stress free as possible.” Alana works closely with customers to find the right solutions for consumer and home equity lending needs. She values being accessible and responsive and is committed to making the lending process clear and easy every step of the way. As a homeowner herself, she understands the process firsthand and uses that perspective to help guide customers with confidence. She earned her associate degree in administration from Aakers Business College.
