Why did you pick fairways and greens to represent your duo?
Jarrett: They go hand in hand, hitting the fairway just makes hitting the green that much easier. Consistency is key, and makes the overall goal much more achievable and stress free. Pars and Birdies are what we are looking for!
Cole: In a great round of golf, you want to hit the fairway off the tee to help make it easier to get to the green, and finish with a birdie. Great customer service consists of multiple parts/people working together to get the best possible experience for the client.
How long have you worked together?
6.5 years.
How does working together help you to better serve your customers?
Jarrett: Teamwork makes the dream work. If I recognize that a client could benefit from a little conversation with Cole I will send them his way, Cole does the same thing right back. We are looking for the best option for the client in all scenarios.
Cole: Working together, we are able to come up with multiple solutions and help to avoid missing any opportunities that the client may want to take advantage of. It allows us to give them more than one option so the client can choose the best fit for themselves.
What is your favorite thing about the Minot community?
Jarrett: I was born, raised, and educated in Minot. I love getting to see familiar faces every day, and getting to help some of them out with any financial needs they may have is a rewarding feeling.
Cole: My favorite thing about Minot is that the community is always trying to bring in new events or make existing events better. It gives us something to be involved in and is usually met with strong support.
What have you learned from each other?
Jarrett: Cole takes his time on every decision he makes to make sure it is the right one for all parties involved. I tend to move a little too fast sometimes and he reminds me to be patient and think things through.
Cole: Jarrett is very much a jump-in-and-get-to-work type of individual, he’s taught me to jump in and help out or volunteer whenever possible. You’ll never regret lending a helping hand.
What makes Bravera a great partner for customers?
Jarrett: One stop shop all under the same roof, and I know when I send a client to another department they are going to be taken care of. Everyone at Bravera is always willing to offer a helping hand wherever is needed to get to the best outcome.
Cole: Bravera always has the best interest of the customer in mind. We work together to come up with solutions and we all understand that no one person has all the best ideas. We are able to bring all the information to the table and collaborate so that when we come up with solutions, we know that it will result in the best possible outcome for the customer.
