Dynamic Duos

Dynamic Duos: Tanner Coenen and Hayley Hunt

Much like cloud technology keeps users connected across distances, Devils Lake branch manager Tanner Coenen and West Fargo customer care representative Hayley Hunt stay perfectly in sync. Although separated by distance, the duo collaborates seamlessly to support customers and tackle tasks as a team!

How long have you worked together?

Tanner: Hayley and I have worked together since January 2024.

Hayley: We've been working together since January 2024 when I started as a relationship banker at the Cando location.

Why did you choose "cloud and sync" for your pairing?

Tanner and Hayley: We go together like cloud and sync. We always keep each other updated and have each other's backs. With how closely we work together, specifically with remote deposit, it's good that we establish consistent communication with each other every day.

How does working together help you better serve customers?

Tanner: Working with Hayley is awesome. We have incredibly similar personalities, it seems she and I are always on the same page. This helps us keep the same thought processes and workflows when navigating issues. It seems like no matter what, we always have each other’s back.

Hayley: When Tanner and I collaborate together, it helps the customers’ requests to be completed in a timely manner. It also helps us provide all the information to our customers on what we have to offer.

What are the best parts of your job?

Tanner: The best part of my job is going above and beyond to help a customer meet their needs. Having a customer then come back and remember you for your customer service is what being at Bravera is all about.

Hayley: My favorite part of my job is being able to find a solution to a customer's problem. This helps build my relationships with customers.

What have you learned from each other?

Tanner: Hayley and I are great at pushing each other to being better at what we do. She has been integral at helping grow our remote deposit processes and the security behind it. We’re not afraid to be open and honest with each other, making communication very easy.

Hayley: I've learned that teamwork really makes the dream work. We always make sure to keep the other in the loop and informed.

What's your favorite thing about your community?

Tanner: I love the Devils Lake community because of the tight knit community and small town feel. I have a lot of pride seeing this community flourish and be successful. They have welcomed me with open arms since I moved here in late 2023.

Hayley: What I love most about my community is how everyone looks out for each other. There's always someone willing to lend a hand or share a smile—it really makes a difference.
