How long have you worked together?
Kyle: Melissa and I have been a team since the fall of 2024.
Melissa: Kyle and I have worked together for 14 months.
Why did you choose ‘batman and robin’ as your pairing?
Kyle: We thought Batman and Robin were a recognizable duo that fit our roles well — Batman representing the sales process and Robin representing the treasury management product set and process.
Melissa: We chose Batman and Robin because, like them, we’re a powerful team with complementary strengths. Kyle, as business banking officer, is the strategic hero who helps businesses take bold steps with lending and financial guidance. I’m the treasury solutions officer — the trusted sidekick who keeps everything running smoothly, often behind the scenes, helping businesses manage cash flow and payments efficiently.

It’s a community I’m proud to call home.
