KERKHOVEN, MINN. – Bravera Bank is highlighting a transition within its Kerkhoven team as Beth Elliott moves into a new role as credit administration coordinator and Jessica Carlson joins as an ag banking officer, continuing the bank’s commitment to serving local agricultural customers.
Beth Elliott has transitioned into the role of credit administration coordinator at Bravera Bank in Kerkhoven, Minnesota, after previously serving as an ag banking officer. In her new position, Elliott supports the bank's lending team through credit committee responsibilities and reporting, bringing a strong understanding of customers' financial needs and a continued commitment to the local ag community. Known for her hands-on approach, she focuses on working through the details and supporting the lending team to keep projects moving forward.
A longtime resident of west-central Minnesota and a native of Sunburg, Elliott is known for her team-oriented approach and commitment to helping customers succeed. “I like to help customers reach their goals and become a positive part of their team. It is rewarding to see them grow and succeed,” Elliott said. She values building relationships and taking time to understand each customer’s goals, working behind the scenes to help put the right pieces in place. Elliott studied at Ridgewater College in Willmar, Minnesota, and completed the National School for Experienced Ag Bankers through Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota.
Jessica Carlson has joined Bravera Bank as an ag banking officer in Kerkhoven, Minnesota, stepping into the role following Elliott's transition within the organization. Carlson has served customers in the agricultural industry since 2016, bringing both professional experience and a strong personal connection to her work. Raised on a crop and beef farm near Arlington, Minnesota, she developed an early understanding of the dedication and effort it takes to run a successful operation.
Prior to entering banking, Carlson worked as a livestock nutritionist, supporting beef, dairy and hog producers, giving her a practical and well-rounded perspective of today’s ag environment. “I enjoy working with area farmers and getting to know them and their operation,” Carlson said. She takes a relationship-focused approach, working closely with farmers and ag businesses to provide personalized lending and financial solutions that support their goals and help them move forward with confidence. Carlson earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science and business production from South Dakota State University.
