Bravera Bank
Dynamic Duos: Jen Hubrig and Pam Andrist
Just like a strong gameplan is essential to scoring a goal, Minot Senior Wealth Manager Pam Andrist and Private Banking Officer Jen Hubrig know teamwork is essential to serving customers well.
How long have you worked together?
Pam: We've known each other since 2015 when UCB was acquired by Bravera. We've worked together since that time.
Jen: We were introduced in 2015 and have continued to strengthen our working relationship since.
Why did you choose ‘Goals & Gameplans’ as your pairing?
Pam: We both push ourselves out of our comfort zones and have found that setting goals and working together on the game plan is a great way to collaborate and reach our personal and professional goals together.
Jen: Pam and I selected ‘Goals & Gameplans’ because each conversation sparks new ideas, goals and strategies. We prioritize open communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach between Bravera Wealth and Bravera Bank.
How does working together help you to better serve customers
Pam: We thrive on collaboration and we’re constantly looking for ways to bring value to customers. We have a team approach and don’t just limit the team to the two of us. We’re always looking at ways to bring in others on the Bravera team to provide a level of service to our customers that has them feeling “well taken care of”.
Jen: Delivering exceptional customer service is always our top priority. Because our roles and services complement one another, working together allows us to offer a tailored approach with the right products, expertise and strategy – ultimately providing clients with the most comprehensive, full-service experience.
What are the best parts of your job?
Pam: Being able to connect through clients with a team approach. We’re always looking at ways to help the client and add value to the relationship.
Jen: It is rewarding to work with team members throughout the company to provide thoughtful and customized banking solutions that fit the needs of many different clients.
What have you learned from each other?
Pam: We are open and honest with each other, not afraid to share what scares us, what excites us and what our dreams are. We’ve learned to be curious and to listen before jumping in and trying to fix things.
Jen: Pam has been a valuable mentor to me for as long as I have known her. I admire her professionalism, her ability to truly listen, and the thoughtfulness she brings to every conversation. These are qualities I continue to learn from and appreciate.
What's your favorite thing about your community?
Pam: We can be as involved in the community as we want. Bravera encourages us to be part of the organizations that matter to us personally.
Jen: Our community is close-knit, extending beyond the city limits. People are helpful, caring and passionate about supporting local businesses and organizations.
