Bravera Bank
2025 Year in Review
As we look back on the last year, I’m filled with gratitude for our incredible team and loyal customers who made this year one of progress and possibility. Together, we embraced change, forged new paths and strengthened Bravera’s position as a trusted partner in your financial journey.
This year, we expanded our reach by entering the Fargo market through the VISIONBank merger, grew our branch presence in Montana and enhanced our Wealth and Insurance services across North Dakota and Montana. We continued to deepen our commitment to building strong communities, supporting local initiatives and fostering connections that matter.
At Bravera, we believe that our success and our communities’ success go hand in hand. The banking, wealth management and insurance services we provide drive growth and financial security. The job opportunities we create enable our employees to realize their potential, and the business success we achieve gives us the ability to invest in our communities through both the volunteer efforts of our team members and our financial contributions to many important causes.
I would like to thank all of our customers for your confidence in our company and our team. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you, and we wish you success in 2026.
Building the Communities We Serve
Bravera’s dedication to our communities goes beyond business—it’s about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Partnering with Our Communities
In 2025, Bravera showed up consistently as a trusted voice and community partner. Our team appeared monthly on the Studio 701 morning show, offering practical insight and guidance. We also shared thought leadership through respected industry outlets, including an Independent Banker feature with Chief Marketing Officer Kelsey Dahl and a Prairie Business Insights and Intuition article spotlighting Chief Growth Officer Cill Skabo.
Bravera leaders continued the conversation beyond the page. Bravera Insurance President and CEO Brennan Quintus and Insurance Manager Tess Pergande joined the Sitkins Group Inc. podcast to share strategies for long-term success, while Private Banking Officer Jennifer Hubrig represented Bravera in a Women in Ag segment on KFYR.
Our impact extended well beyond media moments. We rolled up our sleeves to host and participate in career fairs, reality fairs, and presentations focused on fraud prevention and financial literacy — helping individuals build confidence, plan ahead and strengthen the communities we call home.

Giving Back to the Communities We Serve
Retaining a Resilient Culture
At Bravera, we believe our strength comes from within—our people. We’ve built a culture rooted in ownership, growth and connection. Through employee and director ownership, internships, mentoring, and our culture coach program, we invest in every career stage. Add tuition reimbursement, career development opportunities and leadership training, and you’ll see why we’re committed to helping our team forge their path—and keep our culture strong for the future.
Growth was on the Horizon
2025 was a year of progress and transformation for Bravera. We seized new opportunities to better serve our customers and communities while continuing to grow our team with talented professionals who move us forward. Over the course of the year, we expanded the Bravera team to nearly 600 employees and celebrated the grand opening of our Helena, Mont., branch. We also renovated and expanded into the third floor of our Downtown Bismarck location and refreshed our Devils Lake branch to better serve local communities.
Our footprint continued to grow through the successful merger with VISIONBank in Fargo and West Fargo, N.D., and the opening of our third Billings, MT location. We strengthened our digital offerings by partnering with Spiral to introduce new giving and saving features for customers. At the same time, we opened a record number of net checking accounts and exceeded last year’s record earnings.
Together, these milestones reflect our vision, determination and unwavering commitment to growth — not just as a financial institution, but as a trusted partner to the communities we serve.
