Young believes that being a woman in leadership means bringing your own unique, authentic and effective style to the table. If you are thinking about it, you definitely have a passion to be a leader and are ready to get involved.” She defines being leadership as recognizing others' talents and passions to achieve the goal. “Leadership is an action, not a position.”
